The printing and laminating manufacturing industry in growing rapidly India. domestic demand for printed laminated products is increasing which increase the of machines. So it becomes very mandatory to know customers satisfied with product showing loyalty towards company. Therefore this research mainly focus on satisfaction packaging industry. Packaging include lamination machinary industries. For descriptive methodology used. Sampling technique used Convenience (non-random sampling) sampling sample size 100 out all Data collected from through questionnaire analysis done. statistical Chi square test Kruskal Wallis There applicability Conceptual Research model shows that customer service quality influence loyalty.
